How to have your data deleted

This applies to anyone who has messaged a Facebook Page that uses AutoReply Assistant, and to businesses that connected a Page.

If you messaged a Page

  1. Email us

    Write to info@faisaltusher.com with the subject "Data deletion request".

  2. Tell us which conversation

    Include the name of the Facebook Page you messaged and the name on your Messenger profile, so we can find your conversation.

  3. We delete and confirm

    We delete your messages, our replies and any details you gave us from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by email.

If you connected a Page

Open Facebook Settings, go to Business Integrations, select AutoReply Assistant and remove it. This stops all further access to your Page. To have stored conversations deleted as well, email us from your business address.

What is deleted

  • Messenger messages and replies stored in the support inbox.
  • Your Messenger name, profile picture and Page scoped ID.
  • Service request details you gave during the conversation.
