Terms of service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply to businesses ("clients") that use Faisal Tusher's Messenger support services.
The service
We connect the client's Facebook Page to a shared support inbox, configure an automated assistant, and maintain both. The exact scope and fees are agreed with each client in writing.
Client responsibilities
- The client must have the right to manage the Page it connects.
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of the product, price and policy information it gives us.
- The client must use the service in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies, and applicable law.
- The client keeps its agents' sign in details confidential.
Automated replies
The assistant answers from information the client approves. Automated replies can contain mistakes. The client can review all replies and should tell us about any that need correcting.
Data
The client owns its conversations and customer data. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties, including Meta and hosting providers.
Ending the service
Either party may end the service with written notice. The client can disconnect its Page at any time. After the service ends we delete the client's data as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees the client paid for the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
